Something not quite right?

A useful puzzle report starts with what happened, not with your private browser data.

Contact the site

[email protected]

When contacting support, include the anonymous puzzle number, the page you were using, your browser/device and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, cookies, private browsing history or a full browser-storage dump.

If a screenshot would reveal a puzzle answer, say so before sharing it. There is no upload or contact form on this page; an email link opens your own mail application when a public address is configured.

Progress did not come back?

Progress belongs to this browser and this website address. A different device, private-browsing session or preview address may have separate storage. Clearing site data removes local progress. A visible saving error means the browser did not accept the save; it is not a promise that refreshing is safe.

Keep the current tab open until you decide what to do. Read local-data controls before deleting anything.

A clue or control seems wrong?

Check how to play and the worked techniques. The Help panel distinguishes a rule conflict from an answer comparison. Describing which action you used makes a report much easier to reproduce.

Rights or privacy concerns

Identify the specific page or puzzle and explain your concern. The site does not ask you to make your contact details public in a comment thread. Public support details and the operator’s applicable response process must be confirmed before release.
